Evergreen Health is a provider of comprehensive healthcare in Western New York specializing in sexual health and chronic illness treatment for the underserved in our healthcare system. They are an absolute pillar of care in our community with core values that include welcoming everyone, celebrating diversity, following the harm reduction model, and providing a 100% judgment free environment.

On the heels of a comprehensive refresh of their brand standards, Block Club executed an integrated brand awareness campaign to demonstrate these values to potential patients, and to encourage them take the first step: walking through Evergreen Health’s welcoming doors.
